What to expect
As a Room Leader in Port Kennedy you’ll:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children
- Work with the Educational Leader to help develop, implement, and reflect on the educational program, ensuring it's top-notch for all children and families.
- Oversee the daily operations of your assigned room, providing leadership and support to your team in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
What you’ll need
We’re after Room Leaders who:
- Hold a valid Western Australian Working With Children check
- First Aid and CPR
- Studying towards or completed a Diploma of Early Childhood
- Room leader experience
