Star Candidates November 2018

It's the start of December and we have now announced our Star Candidates for last month! Congratulations to our Stars who have stood out this month in the Early Years sector. Read below to see who they are:

NSW Star Candidate – Xiang (Carina)

Carina joined Expect A Star recently and this was her first paid work experience in child care. She has risen to the challenge and has really impressed centres with her confident and friendly nature. We are pleased that Carina is taking the opportunity to build her experience with Expect A Star  and use it to assist her studies. Keep up the good work Carina, we look forward to watching you flourish in your chosen career.

VIC Star Candidate - Kun (Ada)

Ada has been working for Expect A Star for the past 2 years and is a regular and well liked candidate at many of the centres. The feedback that we consistently receive about Ada include being confident, efficient and extremely helpful. The centres also find Ada to be able to quickly form positive rapport with children and is responsive to their needs. We also find Ada to be an extremely helpful candidate; she is flexible and willing to travel to different areas and is very helpful in covering a variety of shifts. Well done Ada!

ACT Star Candidate - Zhaoqun (Fiona)

Fiona was a great help during the busy time of November and received great feedback. She is a very enthusiastic and reliable team member. Fiona interacts really well with children of all age groups and is happy to help out wherever needed. Congratulations Fiona for being our star candidate this month and thank you for your help!

QLD Star Candidate - Manika

Congratulations to Manika for being picked as Star Candidate for October in Queensland! Manika has only recently joined Expect A Star but has already become a favourite casual for several centres. Centres praise Manika for her initiative and great interaction skills  with all different age groups. Thank you for your great work Manika!
