Star Candidates March 2021

Fantastic work by some of our Expect A Star Candidates throughout March 2021. Congratulations to the following educators who have been recognised for their star-quality efforts!

Kate – NSW

Kate has been working consistently as a casual educator with Expect A Star since 2017! From her first induction, it was clear she was going to be a great asset to the casual team. She clearly loves working with children and this is evident in her eagerness to work as much as she can as well as the feedback she gets from all the centre’s we send her out to. She is a regular at several centres in her local area and is consistently requested back to centres and placed on their preferred lists. She has received no negative feedback and is always a great help and consistently reliable. She is polite and respectful to everyone in the office and we are more than happy to award her the title of Star Candidate of the Month.

Binh (Jolie) – QLD

Jolie is QLD Star Candidate of the Month! Jolie started with EAS In November 2020 although she has only been with EAS for a short period of time, she has been a lovely and reliable addition to our casual pool. Jolie is a lovely educator with a lot of enthusiasm for working with children. She is always willing to help our casual team with different shifts and receives fantastic reviews which include “ Absolutely we would, she is amazing!!!!!!! Loved her interactions, her initiative, her willingness to help, and her genuine love for the sector. ”The Casual Team is always confident that Jolie will get involved, be helpful, and interact well with the children, developing strong relationships with both the kids and the staff. Congratulations Jolie! Keep up the fantastic work!"

Geeta - VIC

Geeta from the VIC is this month’s Star Candidate! Geeta is a passionate educator and has been a lovely and reliable addition to our casual pool. Geeta has been with EAS SINCE 2019 and has proved her dedication and enthusiasm to her work through every shift she has completed. Geeta is always calling in to let us know her availabilities, and happy to travel to wherever we have shifts, Geeta is dependable and reliable.  Geeta has become a favourite at multiple centres, and is regularly requested back. The Casual Team is always confident that Geeta will get involved, be helpful and interact well with the children, developing strong relationships with both the kids and the staff. EAS wishes you Congratulations Geeta on your continued enthusiasm and effort!

Bruna – ACT

Bruna has been with Expect A Star for just over a year and has worked regularly for us during this time. Bruna is a wonderful casual and we have a lot of faith in her as she receives only positive feedback from the centres she works in and is one of our most reliable staff members in the ACT. She consistently works hard and this has led her to be placed on several preferred lists so she is often requested back. As a staff member, she makes herself available for work whenever she can and we know we can rely on her to be flexible with where she can travel to and be on time. We also know that we can send her to new centres and she will represent EAS to the standard we expect and it is for this reason that Bruna is this month’s Star Candidate!
