Star Candidates January 2018
6 February, 2018
Congratulations to our first Star Candidates of 2018! These superstars have really shown us how brightly they shine in their roles.
ACT - Christina
Christina started working with Expect A Star in Canberra in May 2016. She has worked consistently since she started with us and all the centres love her positive attitude, demeanour and work ethic. She interacts really well with the children and the staff love to request her back for more shifts. The Casual team have determined that she is very deserving of being rewarded this twice in one year, as she was also the Star Candidate in July 2017. Congratulations Christina, you have been an amazing asset to Expect A Star!
NSW - Ljubica
Ljubica is our star candidate in NSW for January 2018! She is a qualified ECT with a wealth of experience. The centres we send her to really love the way she interacts with children, as well as, appreciate the fact that she is always flexible and alert and always shows her initiative. Ljubica travels in from Sydney’s West through to both the Upper and Lower North shore every day and the casual team here at EAS really appreciate her dedication and willingness to travel! We would like to congratulate Ljubica with this award and commend her for her hard work. Well done!
QLD - Yulia
Yulia came to us in October last year and hit the ground running as part of our casual team. Her outgoing, friendly and mature manner has been noticed and appreciated by the centres she has worked with and is asked back time and time again. Yulia clearly has a passion for engaging and working with young children and is a natural at it. She has received many lovely comments from centers about how easily she fits into a busy day. Yulia is always polite and friendly to everyone in the office and we are delighted to award her with the title of Star Candidate of the Month.
VIC - Natalie
Natalie has been working for Expect A Star since 2016. She is a dedicated educator who is clearly passionate about supporting the learning and development of young children. She has the ability to form positive and meaningful relationships with children quickly and has been commended for her ability to engage with children of varying learning abilities and needs. Every centre that Natalie has worked at has thoroughly enjoyed having her as part of their team and she is consistently requested back to the same centres. Natalie was awarded Star Candidate in June last year and due to her commitment, positive attitude and helpful nature, she deserves to be awarded it twice in one year! Well done Natalie and thank you for all of your hard work!
