Star Candidates December 2017

A big congratulations to our Star Candidates for December 2017! It is so great to see our candidates doing so well in the Early Childhood sector - well done on all of your fantastic efforts!!

NSW – Tosha

Tosha commenced working with Expect A Star at the beginning of November 2017. During this short time she has received excellent feedback from clients and is often requested back to the same centres. Our clients have said that Tosha makes the effort to learn children’s names and always shows a lot of initiative and care in her work. The casual team also find her very pleasant to work with, she is always reliable and never late! The team here at Expect A Star would like to congratulate Tosha on her efforts and are very happy to award her with star candidate of the month for December 2017.

QLD – Rose

Rose started working with Expect A Star in May 2017. Since she commenced working with us, she has time and time again proven to be a great candidate. She has become a regular at few centres and is always happy to travel to centres that are far away and harder to fill. Her feedback from centres is always positive, stating that she is ‘great’ they would like to place her on their preferred list. The casual team enjoy working with Rose and can always rely on her. Congratulations Rose on your fantastic effort at centres!

VIC – Lisa

Expect A Star would like to congratulate Lisa for her successful transition from working in an ongoing casual position to securing a permanent position as a Coordinator with one of our clients! For this reason we would love to award Lisa Star Candidate for December 2017. Lisa has worked for Expect A Star for many years and she has been a firm favourite at many of the centres and regularly requested! During this time Lisa has consistently received great feedback from every centre she has worked at and has always been commended for her extensive knowledge, helpful nature and ability to form positive rapport with children, families and staff. Well done Lisa! We wish you all the best in your new role!

ACT - Dongyun (Lucy)

The last star candidate for 2017 in ACT is Dongyun (Lucy) Zhang! After joining the EAS Team in early September 2017, Lucy has quickly gained a reputation for being an amazing and hardworking candidate among all of the centres she has worked at.  Directors have mentioned that not only is she kind and helpful on her shifts, but she has the ability to adapt to any room that she is placed in. It is for these reasons that she is requested back at many of the centres she has visited. We are looking forward to working with Lucy in 2018!
