ACT - Xanthia
Xanthia is our Star Candidate in Canberra for October!
Having only recently joined the casual team, Xanthia has made a fantastic impression on our clients and all of the staff in the office. During her interview we observed that Xanthia is a very knowledgeable and confident educator. This was confirmed to us from the very positive feedback that our clients have passed on. NSW – Sarah
Sarah is an enthusiastic Diploma qualified Educator who has been working with Expect A Star for a little while now. She is a regular with many centres and always receives glowing feedback. Clients tell us that Sarah has great interaction skills and always uses her initiative to help out where needed. The team appreciates her flexibility and positive attitude over the phone.

QLD – Paris
Paris only recently started working for Expect A Star however we feel that she is worthy of being the Star Candidate for October due to her exceptional performance. Multiple centres that Paris has worked at have described her as amazing and we are also told that Paris is extremely proactive and always willing to help with any task big or small. She is also always professional and it is clear in her interactions with children, staff and families that Paris has found her true calling in being an early childhood educator.

VIC – Gavin
Gavin started working for Expect A Star in May this year and he instantly established himself as a preferred educator, being consistently requested back to centres he has worked at. We are told that Gavin is extremely professional, helpful to the permanent staff and families have also commented on his warm and welcoming nature. Gavin has also helped out at centres that were going through Assessment and Rating and he was amazing help to those centres, who specifically requested him to be there during the visits.
