The Organisation
You will join a leading early childhood provider supporting their leadership team in the ACT Head Office. This company is operating Australia wide and has experienced a large growth in the last year.

Your Role
This is a permanent full-time (38hours per week) position on a 9 month contract. You will work collaboratively with the People and Culture Service Manager and the Centre and Area Managers to develop and review resource plans and needs. Support the centre teams with their professional learning needs. Develop and build relationships with business stakeholders.

What you need
  • Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience
  • Confident in Business Development and working in a multi-site organisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in leadership concepts
  • Understanding of Child Care Sector
