The role

Located in our brand new St Leonards office, no two days are the same Expect A Star. We live and breathe our values which are to put people first. As Talent Acquisition Team Leader you will drive an efficient, effective and consistent execution of recruitment activities for the busy casual division. You will lead and mange a team in Sydney and across Australia to meet current and future business needs of candidate recruitment, management and engagement.

Your responsibilities;

  • The recruitment of quality casual Early Childhood professionals across Australia ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Thorough understanding of the candidate profile and challenges of each region ensuring casual candidate pools meet the business needs nationally
  • Collaborate, innovate and provide forward thinking recruitment and search strategies
  • Management of recruitment social media strategy
  • Data analysis of applicant tracking and job posting systems ensuring ROI of recruitment function
  • Enhancement of the overall candidate experience through management of candidate professional development, social activities and referral programs.
  • Foster and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively monitor recruitment needs and brand recognition
  • Develop and train new recruiters in team

Who you are

  • 3+ years' experience in an agency or internal recruitment role
  • Ability to manage strategic issues and contribute to senior business leadership
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Passionate, energetic and genuinely care about creating recruitment strategies that will help the organisation deliver the best service to every candidate.
