The Organisation:

This organisation is providing Outside School Hours Care to schools across Brisbane. With a highly qualified and professional team, this particular campus is the Flagship service which sets the standard for the other campuses to follow.

This is a Not-For-Profit organisation with all funds going directly back into the service. No child, employee or family is just a number here. This is an organisation with one goal and thats to provide the best care for children attending the after hours programs daily. This isn't just a job, this is a mission!

The Role:

As the 2IC at this campus you will be the second point of contact regarding the general operations of the service. There are 2 experienced Coordinators at the centre who give exceptional guidance and mentoring as you work closely together.

This is a Contact role where you will be working on the floor ensuring all aspects of the program are running well, the team is happy and the childrens needs are met.

This role has loads of variety and exposure to all aspects running an OSHC service. Menu planning, programming, rostering and communication with families just to name a few!

Role Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in OSHC or Early Childhood
  • Solid experience working in OSHC either as an educator, 3IC or 2IC
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Blue Card
  • Ability to work split shifts
