Executive Assistant | Early Childhood Industry

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work for a growing organisation within the Early Childhood sector. With varied tasks, this Executive Assistant role will give you the opportunity to work on many different types of projects! This is not a role where you will only be given menial admin tasks. If successful you will support the Director of Operations and can expect to be working on the following:

  • Assist with all new centre acquisitions: centre documentation, centre portals up and running and general admin
  • Liaising with centre managers across the nation
  • Review and prepare QikKids reports
  • Review occupancy vs attendance reports
  • IT responsibilities across the services - ensuring all sites are active
  • Coordinate centre policy reviews
  • Manage maintenance requests across sites and ensure requests are solved

Role Requirements:

  • Strong administration and commercial understanding
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Child Care industry experience at Director/Area Management/Head office level desired but not essential
  • A keen interest in the Early Childhood Industry
