The Role
- Full Time position
- Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
- Mentor and collaborate with the team, ensuring a safe and healthy environment is created for the children.
- Ensure the health and safety of children
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with the parents and families, dealing with any queries or issues they have.
Role Requirements
- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights within Australia
