The Role
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
- Track and document each child’s learning and development journey
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
- Develop tailored learning plans to support each child’s individual growth
- Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones
Role Requirements
- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights within Australia
