- You are a resourceful Early Childhood Teacher with a genuine passion for creating nurturing environments and learning opportunities for children
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Current training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Create, implement, and evaluate educational programs that are engaging, innovative, and tailored to the developmental needs of each child
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with families and help children become active members of the local community
- Promote curiosity and creativity through play-based experiences
- Work closely with fellow educators in an engaging and collaborative teaching setting
- Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates and values each child’s unique strengths and interests, ensuring they feel respected and supported
- Monitor and record children’s development, providing meaningful insights into their growth and progress
