- Full time Coordinator role – Oversee the daily operations of a high quality Before and After School care plus vacation care
- Mentor and collaborate with the educators within the service
- Plan, support and document the children’s learning while utilising the frameworks (EYLF and NQS)
- Creating a safe and warm environment for the children
- Liaise with the parents and families to maintain meaningful relationships
- Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Early Childhood and Care (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Previous demonstrated experience within a leadership position in Early Childhood or Before and After School Care
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children’s interest and development
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and practices
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
